REMMOR is an IOT device that helps people take breaks from working and/or studying. It is specifically used for people who sit behind a digital screen a lot but is perfectly able to be used otherwise, as long as it is connected to an ICT device.
REMMOR is a puck that shines blue and gradually becomes red. This takes 52 minutes.
When it glows red it is time for a break, if you ignore this, it will lock your mobile device. To show the device you're taking a break, you have to place it in a docking station that's at least 2 meters awat from your ICT device. Your break ends after 17 minutes.
The name REMMOR comes from the latin word 'remora', which means 'to stop'.
