Requiem

In March last year we were given the instruction to design a digital interactive product that could help with sleeping problems. My team and I decided that we'd tackle the inability to fall asleep.
We designed a spellbook full of sleeping spells (bed time stories), potions (all kinds of tea), and a dream journal. At the very end of the spellbook there is a case in which you can lock your phone away. Locking your phone away activates a wand. Using this wand while making dramatic hand movements digitally closes your blinds/curtains and turns off the lights. The wand also has a little light for when you wanna read in the dark. It also has a speaker for when you want the bed time stories to be read out loud.
I designed the reference for the one page, and with one of my teammates I also designed the infographics. He did the drawing, I did the storytelling and the lay-out.
The original plan was to actually build the wand and make the book from scratch but because of Covid-19, the schools closed, so we weren't able to make use of the mechanics lab. We were left with just the website and infographic. I, unfortunately, cannot show the finished one page, as I do not have the link to it. But I do have the link to the commercial video.
